Preamble
Tudobem.pt is an e-commerce website specialized in the sale of natural stones, handmade jewelry, products such as palo santo and sage, and offers services like remote oracle readings, LineQuartz energy treatments, meditation workshops, etc. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transactions made on the website www.tudobem.pt.
Scope and Purpose of the Online Shop General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions are intended, in conjunction with the order form and the other elements mentioned, to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Tudo Bem Online Shop Service (hereinafter referred to as “Shop”) by Tudo Bem, located at Rua 1° de Maio, 32 / Loja B, 8700-513 Olhão, Portugal. Under the unique registration and legal person identification number 295328924, hereinafter referred to as “Tudo Bem”.
The shop consists of offering through the website www.tudobem.pt access to an online shop that allows the Customer to order products online under the terms and conditions described herein.
Only the acceptance of these terms will form an agreement between Tudo Bem and the Customer.
The current version of these General Terms and Conditions is available at all times at www.tudobem.pt.
Product Information and Content
Tudo Bem will make every effort to ensure that the information presented on the website, flyers, and various media does not contain errors.
If the Customer purchases a product that has different characteristics from those presented online, they have the right to terminate the purchase contract in accordance with applicable law. The measurements provided (size and weight) in the online shop are approximate and may contain measurement errors. Similarly, visuals and different media are not binding.
Tudo Bem will do everything possible to send all the products ordered, but it is possible that in some cases, beyond the control of Tudo Bem, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it may not be possible to provide some of the products ordered by the Customer. If any of the products are not available after placing the order, the Customer will be informed by email or phone.
If this occurs, the Customer will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order with the appropriate refund if payment has already been made.
The Customer cannot demand from Tudo Bem any other compensation, interest, or reparation, in addition to the return, in cases of stock shortages or errors in the information provided on the site. All information on prices, product specifications, and promotional activities may be changed at any time by Tudo Bem.
Intellectual Property
It is prohibited to reuse the photographs from the site for commercial or personal purposes without prior authorization.
Physical Store and Additional Services
Our physical store offers services such as click and collect with no shipping fees. We also offer in-person services, such as energy treatments, workshops, and meditation sessions, which can be paid for on-site or when making an appointment.
Medical Disclaimer
The products sold on Tudobem.pt, including natural stones, are not substitutes for medical advice or medical treatments.
Gift Cards, Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers are valid for a period of one year, can be combined, and can be used for the purchase of products or for payment of services in the store.
Products Price & Delivery
The prices of the products are indicated on the site and are displayed with all taxes included.
Deliveries are limited to Portugal and France, with a flat rate for each country. Delivery charges are free for purchases over 65€ on the website.
Order pickup in the Olhão store is free of charge.
Tudo Bem uses the services of CTT for delivery, but is not responsible for any possible delays or problems related to this provider.
Refunds
Gift cards, vouchers, customized products, specific orders, energy treatment sessions, workshops, and various personal services are not eligible for refunds.
Consumer Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
i) Provide correct personal data and addresses.
ii) Not use false identities.
Product orders must be made by customers aged over 18 (eighteen) years. The data and information transmitted by the Customer will have full legal effect, and the customer will recognize the online purchase, thus cannot claim that a lack of signature constitutes a violation of obligations.
If any of the data is incorrect or insufficient, and for this reason, there is a delay or inability in processing the order, or if non-delivery occurs, the Customer will be responsible for it. Tudo Bem disclaims any responsibility in case of error originating from the Customer.
If the Customer violates any of these obligations, Tudo Bem reserves the right to eliminate future purchases, block access to the shop, cancel the provision of any other products available at Tudo Bem, and also not allow the Customer future access to some or all of the services offered by Tudo Bem.
Privacy & Personal Data Protection
Tudo Bem guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by clients.
The personal data identified as mandatory in the order form are essential for the operation of the shop. The omission or inaccuracy of the data provided by the Client is the sole responsibility of the Client and can be a reason for service refusal by Tudo Bem.
According to the applicable legislation, the Client has the right, free of charge, to access, correct, and update their personal data, directly or upon request via email at contact@tudobem.pt.
We may potentially advertise online and disclose your personal information to Google Inc. and Facebook Inc. to provide targeted advertisements. You can review Google’s Terms of Use and Facebook’s Terms of Use.
Acceptance of Tudo Bem’s privacy and personal data processing policy, accessible here, is an essential condition for completing the ordering and purchasing process.
Cancellation of Orders
At the Request of the Customer
The Customer may request the cancellation of their order by email at contact@tudobem.pt, referring to the order number. The cancellation will be accepted if the order has not yet been processed.
If the order includes customized items or goods requested by the Customer, Tudo Bem reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation of the order.
For cancellation, the Customer must provide the following information to Tudo Bem:
a) Order number
b) Tax ID number of the person who placed the order and delivery address
At the Discretion of Tudo Bem
Tudo Bem reserves the right not to process orders in case of detection of errors or inconsistencies in the personal data submitted or in case of inappropriate behavior by the buyer.
Tudo Bem also reserves the right not to process or refund an order in case of errors in the values and/or characteristics of the products when these arise from technical problems or errors unrelated to Tudo Bem.
Tudo Bem further reserves the right not to process any order if there is a lack of technical means and/or raw materials necessary for the completion of the order.
Return (Resolution Law)
Except for orders and products customized by the Customer, the latter can exercise the right of withdrawal without Tudo Bem requiring any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Customer physically takes possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send the filled form below to the email address contact@tudobem.pt with the subject “Free Resolution”.
To communicate this in order to resolve my purchase and sale agreement for the following good :

The Customer must, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of sending the resolution form, return the goods to Tudo Bem by registered mail, in appropriate conditions.
The package must be returned complete, as delivered, and accompanied by all the documents received, including the sales invoice. The package and documents must be sent by registered mail to the following address : Tudo Bem, Rua 1° de Maio, 32 / Loja B – 8700-513 Olhão, Portugal.
The Customer must always keep the receipt proving the shipment of the package until the refund. The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
After receiving the return at Tudo Bem, the Customer will be refunded the amount paid for the order (amount of the sales invoice). If the Customer used a promotional discount code, this value will not be refunded.
The method of repayment of the amount to be returned depends on the payment method of the respective order. We make such refunds using the same means of payment as you used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you; in any case, this does not incur any costs due to such reimbursement. The refund is made within 14 (fourteen) working days following the receipt of the withdrawal form and the returned goods.
In the absence of any components sold or if any of them is not in excellent condition, there will be no refund, and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
Warranty
Legally, Tudo Bem’s items come with a two-year warranty from the date of the invoice, applicable only to situations of declared and duly proven defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Tudo Bem items are delicate, so please remember the main precautions: avoid contact with water and abrasive products, and clean them only with a soft, dry cloth, following the provided instructions.
Items that have defects caused by abnormal wear, negligence, or accidents, as well as missing components, are considered excluded from the warranty conditions.
If the Customer notices a non-conformity, they must send an email with the subject “Warranty” to contact@tudobem.pt, stating the order number, the invoice date, and the Customer’s address. The Customer should then send the item by registered mail to the following address : Tudo Bem, Rua 1° de Maio, 32 / Loja B, 8700-513 Olhão, Portugal. The Customer must always retain proof of the package’s shipment. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.
After examination and confirmation of the validity of the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge and returned to the Customer’s address.
Communications
Without prejudice to other forms of communication provided for in the General Terms and Conditions, notifications to the Customer regarding the shop may be made to the Customer’s email address, via SMS, or phone.
The Customer agrees to receive any communication and/or notification related to the Online Shop at the address, contact number, and/or email address (“email”) specified during the ordering process.
At any time, the Customer may request not to receive these communications and/or notifications via the Contact Form or by using the option “Do not receive the Newsletter” included in each Newsletter.
Dispute Resolution
The Customer can submit any contractual disputes to the arbitration and mediation mechanisms that are or may be legally established, and file a complaint with Tudo Bem for acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the purchase of goods.
This applies to contracts concluded in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center).

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Tudo Bem reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be applicable as soon as they are published on the site.
Applicable Law
The parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by these General Terms and Conditions and the information available on the site. In case of omission of any condition, it will be considered governed by the habits and customs in force in distance selling practices, according to the provisions of the Code of Ethics and Loyal Practices of the AMD – Portuguese Association of Direct Marketing and other legislation in force.
All products sold in the Tudo Bem Online Shop comply with Portuguese legislation.
